This fall, Apeiro is introducing several new dishes such as: Braised Lamb Shank and Shrimp Pesto with House-Made Linguine. “Our wine list and specialty drink menu have also just been updated,” says Steffen. “But, don’t worry, we still have some of our old favorites including the Drunken FrenchMan (a gin-based cocktail); Athena War (made with Deep Eddie’s Grapefruit vodka); and our bottomless Mimosas, Bellinis and Bloddy Marys at brunch.”

Apeiro has just renovated its private dining area, which seats 20 to 25 guests. The restaurant is partially enclosing two out-door patio areas for a more comfortable experience in any season. The West Delray hotspot is open for lunch, dinner and weekend bunch.
